As these services are customized and begin immediately after project confirmation, they generally cannot be returned like physical goods.


2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any payment processing fees or administrative charges, where applicable.


3. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work has commenced, refunds will be determined based on the amount of work completed.

If:

  • Project planning has started,

  • Design work has begun,

  • Development has commenced,

  • Resources have been allocated,

ALL DIGITAL DREAM reserves the right to deduct the value of completed work before issuing any refund.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed website design or development work

  • Custom software development

  • Mobile application development

  • Digital marketing services already delivered

  • SEO services already performed

  • Domain name registrations

  • Web hosting fees

  • SSL certificates

  • Third-party software licenses

  • Plugin or theme purchases

  • Cloud service charges

  • Consultation fees

  • Setup or installation fees

  • Any customized digital product delivered to the client


5. Subscription Services

For recurring services such as:

  • Website Maintenance

  • Hosting

  • SEO

  • Digital Marketing

  • Cloud Services

Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle.

Payments already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.


6. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered if:

  • Duplicate payments were made.

  • A payment was processed due to a technical error.

  • We are unable to provide the purchased service.

  • The project is cancelled before work begins.

  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of current and future services.
