Cancellation Policy

1. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

Clients may cancel a project within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided that no work has commenced.

If no work has started, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


2. Cancellation After Work Begins

Once work has started, including but not limited to:

  • Project planning

  • Research

  • Design

  • Development

  • Content creation

  • Technical setup

the project cannot be cancelled without payment for the work already completed.

Any refund, if applicable, will be calculated based on the stage of project completion.


3. Subscription Services

For recurring services such as:

  • Website Maintenance

  • Web Hosting

  • SEO Services

  • Digital Marketing

  • Cloud Services

  • Technical Support

You may cancel your subscription by providing at least 7 calendar days’ written notice before your next billing date.

Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period unless required by applicable law.


4. Domain Names and Third-Party Services

Orders involving third-party services, including:

  • Domain registrations

  • SSL certificates

  • Hosting plans

  • Software licenses

  • Premium plugins

  • Third-party APIs

cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed, as these services are governed by the respective providers’ policies.


5. How to Cancel

To cancel a service, please submit your request in writing by email.

Your cancellation request should include:

  • Full Name

  • Company Name (if applicable)

  • Order or Invoice Number

  • Service Name

  • Reason for Cancellation

Cancellation requests are considered received only after we acknowledge them.


6. Cancellation Processing Time

We aim to review and process cancellation requests within 2–5 business days of receiving all required information.


7. Suspension or Termination by ALL DIGITAL DREAM

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • Payments remain overdue.

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.

  • The client breaches our Terms and Conditions.

  • The client provides unlawful or infringing content.

  • The client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.

Any outstanding fees for work completed before termination remain payable.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
